Introduction to Knowledge Brokering
Knowledge brokers (KB) are capacity builders, information
managers and linking agents that facilitate evidence informed health care. KBs
at Sunny hill are clinicians who collaborate with their inter-professional team
or discipline group’s leaders to conduct needs assessments, guide evidence
informed practice processes, adapt resources, support the generation and
sharing of knowledge products, and evaluate their activities.

This course contains 3
