Introduction to Knowledge Brokering

Knowledge brokers (KB) are capacity builders, information managers and linking agents that facilitate evidence informed health care. KBs at Sunny hill are clinicians who collaborate with their inter-professional team or discipline group’s leaders to conduct needs assessments, guide evidence informed practice processes, adapt resources, support the generation and sharing of knowledge products, and evaluate their activities.

Knowledge Brokering for Health Care Professionals (e-learning course)

This course contains 3 modules designed to introduce health care professionals to the knowledge broker role, and to develop knowledge brokering competencies through the use of interactive activities and embedded resources that can later be used with their inter-professional teams or discipline groups. The course is accessible to all.
